In April, pending pre-owned houses in the U.S went up 6.7%, which according to a report made on tuesday is the biggest gain in 7 years and a half. Other reports that show the U.S. auto sales fell 30% made people a little more optimistic.From March to April the Pending Home Sales Index rose from 84.6 to 90.3.
