Saving Rates Rising

The U.S. Department of Commerce reviewed the economy and surprisingly saw somechanges. The saving rates of Americans are finally rising. There has been a huge decline in spending. Spending declined .1% while income rose.5%. The income increase in the 2nd in the past 8months. The decrease in spending is hurting the economy that is now in a recession that needs Americans to spend in order to decrease the economic deficit.

I chose this article because it almost seemed as though something positive was happening during the recession.

I agree with the article that Americans need to spend in order to get out of this recession.

This article was presented fairly it stated facts and intelligent opinions.

Yes i would use this source again it provided accurate information.
