What is this item about? Banks that took billions of dollars in taxpayer aid clamped down on credit during the month of March, according to a Treasury Department report published Monday.
Why did you choose it? I chose this article because i wanted to know just how much less the banks were lending and they cut back on alot of new buisness loans .

I feel it is wrong how the banks end up taking billions of innocent tax payers dollars to help get themselves out of debt and then make it almost impossible for that innocent tax payer to recieve a loan.
