According to a survey by Dice Holdings Inc., people are cutting the starting salary and more people are giving up the hope of seeing employment grow. The number of applicants has significantly increased but people are doubting of hiring new people because of uncertainity of whrer the economy is going. Most hiring managers are sticking with things how they were made at the begining of the year.Half the people who were surveyed expect the recovery to take place in 2010 and the rest were not sure.
I chose this article because I wanted to know when to expect the employment recovery. I agree with the article that we are not going to see a recovery until 2010. The information is presentedd fairly and i would use this source again because is the only one I use.

Its sad to say that it is going to take a whole lot more then a year to get this economy together. Without a stable economy it is going to be close to impossible for people to find a steady good job without the risk of being laid off.
