This article talks about how the iPhone has really improved the sales for the Apple Corporation. The many iPhone sales have raised Apple's quarterly profit by 15 percent. Sales have increased 9 percent to $8.16 billion, overthrowing the anaylist expectations for $7.96 billion. Apple has also sold 11 million ipods, which has went up 3 percent. Apple hasnt had much luck as far as their Macintosh computers, with a 3 percent drop to 2.2 million.

I chose this article because I love ipods and I happen to own 2 of them. The iPhone is a little expensive, but its a hott phone with like everything you can possibly need or want on it. I was also wondering how the iPhone is selling considering the way the economy is right now so I decided to read the article. Apparently, they are doing pretty good.

Well, I dont agree with how expensive the iPhone is, but yeah I think its great that the Apple Corp. is doing good business. We need all of the jobs we can get right now and I bet whoever works for that company is happy.

Yes, I do think the information has been presented fairly. They have the right to make money as long as its not illegal. By creating a device that plays and stores many songs at a time and is small and easy to carry around wherever you go, was a very smart idea. The iPhone was an even smarter idea because you do everything from navigate your destination to call people. The people who invent these things should get a lot of credit because they are very useful.
