This article is about construction spending.i chose this article because theres alot of contruction that needs to be done but not enouph money.Yes i agree with my article i chose, moneys starting to be spent wisely.Yes i feel the information has been presented fairly, the article gives alot of useful and meaningful numbers.I would use this news source agian.

Chris, Good on the assessment of the source (I particularly liked the detail about the "useful and meaningful numbers."), but a bit thin on the summary. Why was the rise in construction a surprise? Where does the money come?
